New York Insurance Association elected David McHale, chief legal as board of directors. He served as vice president and associate general counsel at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.

Philadelphia Insurance Companies announced the following promotions

  • John Bearman – senior vice president

CRC Group appointed Kristyn Smallcombe as casualty practice group director. She held senior casualty positions at Argo, Swiss Re and AIG/Lexington.

Trium Cyber appointed David Rock as chief claims officer of its U.S. based services company. He served at Allied World as North American head of cyber and E&O Claims.

NFP hired John Ferreira as a senior vice president and professional liability practice leader. He served at Chamber Insurance Agency Services as executive vice president.

EMC Insurance Companies announced Pavan Goteti joined as vice president of innovation and business process management. He previously served as a senior scrum master and quickly advanced to assistant vice president – agile delivery enablement at EMC.

Applied Surety Underwriters announced the following appointments:
